The German ZDF reportage entitled “The crisis is paralyzing the Greek economy” (Krise legt griechische Wirtschaft lahm) also presented the “K.Kotronis Plastics SA” Company. In the introduction, the presenter states:

“It looks like a high-tech factory in Germany but we are in Greece.”

and concludes:

“The Kotronis Company is a bright example for the region …”

From his side, the President and CEO Mr. Giorgos Kotronis talked about the crisis but he mentioned that the Company’s positive course and jobs are at risk due to shortages of raw materials. “This happens due to capital controls and closed banks since in the economy everything is interconnected. We hope that the economy will recover and that the exports will not be affected”.
